 Sleeping problems are an important part of our clinical work, and although simple relaxation exercises or meditation practices can help, sometimes they are not enough.

Because people are different, it is important that we find a way of meeting the individual situations so be can be most useful.

Some people have trouble going to sleep, others staying asleep, others getting back to sleep and yet others wake still feeling unrefreshed.

In this programme, you will have access to a recorded talk outlining all the approaches that can be useful for helping your clients get the sleep they want.
